Andrew has a BA in Economics from New York University. NYU topped Harvard four years in a row as America?s #1 ?Dream School?, with its Economics Department ranking #10 worldwide. During his undergraduate studies Andrew also attended summer schools at NYU in Paris, The Athens Cultural Institute, and Caius College of the University of Cambridge. He has an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, which has been ranked as the #1 international MBA by the Financial Times.

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the international financial markets. He started his career as an analyst and repo trader for the City of New York?s Bureau of Investments, and then as a Scholar with the German Academic Exchange (DAAD) Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft?s ?Young Professionals Programme? he completed the management trainee programme at American Express Bank in Frankfurt. He subsequently joined the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, first on the Asia Desk of the New Issues & Corporate Finance Department and then in Luxembourg where he set up the bank?s debt origination, sales and syndication activities. As Fund Manager for Banque G?n?rale de Luxembourg?s global fixed-income umbrella funds (SICAV) and then as a Strategic Management Consultant, Andrew was able to broaden his experience in the international capital markets, financial services sector, and insurance industry. Andrew is now enjoying encouraging a new generation of global citizens for the challenges that lie ahead.
